What credit cards do you accept?

 

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email(hello@flaner.us) so that we can look into it. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

 

Please contact us (hello@flaner.us) with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

To check the status of your order, simply log into your flaner.us account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

 

Orders submitted on summerfridays.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care(hello@flaner.us), but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

 

Flannel will accept returns on any orders placed through our website within 30 days of purchase. Please see our return & exchange page for complete information. We are only able to accept returns for items purchased through flaner.us.

 

 

How much does shipping cost? (USA orders)

 

Standard Shipping on orders is $10.

Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more is FREE.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

 

 

How long will it take to ship? (USA orders)

 

Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands may experience longer transit times). All orders, placed after noon PST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.
