What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your Flaner products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new or gently used items purchased from flaner.us within 30 days purchase.
If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy.
Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on flaner.us are final sale.
How do I place a return?

How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 8–10 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees will not be refunded.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact our Customer Care Team(hello@flaner.us) and we’d be happy to exchange, refund or help you order the correct product.
Can I return part of a set?
We are not able to partially refund or credit a single item from a set or kit. All kits, gift sets and duos must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive refund or credit.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact our Customer Care Team (hello@flaner.us) along with an image of your damage to be reviewed by our team.
